At WKBS Care, we are committed to providing the best possible care and support for dogs in need. We deeply appreciate your generosity and support in helping us achieve our mission. However, we understand that circumstances can change, and we want to ensure a transparent and fair refund process.

Donation Refunds

Refund Eligibility:

If you have made a donation by mistake or have changed your mind, we are happy to refund your donation within 30 days of the original transaction date. After 30 days, we will not be able to process any refund requests.

Refunds will only be issued for the original amount donated and through the same payment method used for the donation.

How to Request a Refund:

To request a refund, please contact our support team at info@wkbscare.com with the details of your donation, including the date, amount, and transaction ID.

We aim to process all refund requests within 7 business days. Once processed, the refund will take 5-10 business days to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Recurring Donations:

If you are enrolled in a recurring donation program and wish to cancel future donations, please contact us at  info@wkbscare.com. Cancellations will take effect from the next billing cycle.

Event and Merchandise Refunds

Event Registration:

If you have registered for an event and can no longer attend, you may request a refund up to 14 days before the event date. After this period, we will not be able to offer refunds.

In case of event cancellation by the care, you will receive a full refund.

Merchandise Purchases:

If you are not satisfied with your merchandise purchase, you may return it within 30 days of receipt for a refund or exchange. The item must be in its original condition, with tags and packaging intact.

Shipping costs for returns will be the responsibility of the buyer unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
